Shipping for Online Orders:
The Courier Guy manages all shipping for both nationwide and international orders. Standard nationwide delivery within South Africa is charged at R100. For international orders, shipping costs are based on a custom quote from The Courier Guy, calculated according to the destination address provided.
If your address is outside our standard shipping zones, please contact Gadat House directly.
Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of payment proof.
We kindly ask for 7 to 10 working days to produce garments that are not currently in stock. To uphold our commitment to ethical and intentional production, we maintain a curated inventory. Your patience supports our values, and we appreciate your understanding.
If proof of payment is not received, Gadat House will wait until the funds are visible in the account before production and shipping.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Gadat House will not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Gadat House.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, strikes (whether lawful, unlawful, or in sympathy), court orders, war (declared or undeclared), revolution, riots, civil unrest, mob violence, boycotts, fires, explosions, thefts, sabotage, storms, floods, lightning, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, accidents, governmental restraints, shortages of materials or services. Should any of these events occur, Gadat House will promptly notify you and will take all reasonable steps to minimize the impact on its obligations, including delivery.
Pricing:
Gadat House reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any special offers or discounts at any time.
Payment Methods:
Gadat House currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Instant EFT as payment methods.
Return Policy:
Gadat House offers a 30-day return policy for all items purchased, except for those bought on sale or using a coupon.
The 30-day period starts from the date of in-store purchase or the delivery date for online purchases.
Returns are only accepted if items are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt is also required.
Please note that underwear, socks, leggings and gloves are not eligible for return – all sales are final.
For online purchases, please email info@gadat.co.za to arrange a return. The customer is responsible for the courier fee.
Gadat House reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. If your return is declined, you will be notified by email.

For items bought on sale or with a coupon, Gadat House provides a 7-day exchange policy starting from the purchase date in-store or the delivery date for online purchases.
